"The Penalty Spot" sports pub, restaurant & bar opened its doors back in 2008. Since then we are showing all major sport events either on our 3 huge projector screens or on our 10 wide screen TV's - all in HD Quality!
On 2 floors "The Penalty Spot" offers a typical "English Pub" atmosphere and you can be sure that you are able to enjoy your favorite sport event from every seat you have picked!
Choose your drink from our wide selection of beers, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Browse the menu (tip: the schnitzel and sausages are prepared under the watchful gaze of one of the sports bar’s owners, who is German). Still can’t decide? Our dedicated servers are as knowledgeable as they are attractive.
If you want to enjoy your after-dinner cigarette, that’s no problem either: we are a non-smoking location, but don't worry – on our terrace on the ground floor we have dinner tables and an outside bar counter as well, or you can relax on one of our two smoking balconies on the second floor. And yes: all are equipped with TV screens, so you won’t miss a moment of the Premier League or Bundesliga match.
If you cannot wait to see us, our sports bar is open daily from 2pm to 2am. Happy hour starts right at 2pm and lasts till 8pm. Bottled and small draft beers are only THB80, and big drafts are only THB100.
Plenty of time to warm up for our daily live music! Our first act starts at 7pm with songs from the 80's, 90's, and classic oldies. At 10pm, party night begins with our second live band that plays music from the charts that is perfect for hitting the small dance floor. But please keep in mind: we are not a discotheque, so you won’t hear any hip-hop or techno here!
Our very friendly and knowledgeable servers are always on hand to assist with menu and drink selections with celebrated Thai-German hospitality and of course the famous Thai smile. All are English-speaking. If you’re by yourself, they will make time to sit and chat if you’d like some company, and if you’re not, they know how to be low-profile. You’ll never be alone in this sports bar – unless you choose to be.
